She was predeceased by: her parents, Garnett Carter and Effie Carter (Burgan); her husband Eldon Horn; her former husband Bobby Jones; her brothers, Ron Carter, Tracy Carter and Garnett Carter Jr.; and her grandson Chad Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Jones (Connie), Rhonda Cockrell (Kenny), Cindy Jones, Glenda Casteel (Danny), Brian Jones (Kim), Kathy Titus (Donnie) and Jon Jones (Angela McKinley); her grandchildren, Christine Wines (Brent), Jennifer Preston (Ryan), Chastity Stroud (Jason), Jessica Shuck (Cory), Deanna Durham (Shawn), Jordan Best, Michael Casteel (Amanda), Carrie Casteel, Amber Woolever (Matt), Daniel Casteel (Airelle), Kassie Wright, Nick Jones, Nathan Jones (Emily), Katelyn Coppernoll (Raistlin), Collin Christopher, Joseph Jones (Katie), Connor Jones (Lydia Beck) and Blake Jones; her brother Charles Carter; and her close friend Dewayne Hunt. She is also survived by 35 great grandchildren.
