He was predeceased by: his father James Wise; his daughter Ashley Cooper; and his grandparents, Albert, Bessie Richards, John and Ethel Wise.

He is survived by: his mother Sue Blackwell (Richards); and his sisters, Cynthia Lewman and Jeannie Rouse. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and special life long friends.
