He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Elizabeth Osborne (Miller); his wife Carol Elaine Meyer; his father James Osborne; and the mother of his children Shirley Osborne. He is survived by: his former spouse Shirley F. Bond; his children, Lisa Cooke (Tony) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Debra Crawford (Bill) of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Rev. David Osborne (Lori) of Kokomo, Indiana.; and his grandchildren, Laura Cooke, Andrew Cooke, Philip Crawford (Leah), Amy Kramme (Craig), Sara Mitchell (Lee), Lindsey Ellison (Mark), David Jr. Osborne (Jennifer), James Osborne (Caitlyn) and Michael Osborne (Kristina Durr). He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
