He is survived by: his daughter Heather Lay (Mike); his brother Bob Bagley (Sherry); his grandchildren, Connor Lay, Katherine Lay and Nathan Lay; and his mother-in-law Phyllis Hockett. He is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
