She is survived by: her sons, Michael Chavez and Anthony Chavez; her grandchildren, Layla Chavez, Jacob Chavez and Nicole Chavez; her sisters, Teresa Bogan (Rick) and Debbie Stifler (Jack); and her pets, Archer, Derpy and Tali.
