He was predeceased by: his father Glenn I. Hite. He is survived by: his wife Lois C. Hite; his children, Julie Rossi (Chris), John Hite and Forney of Texas; his grandchildren, Megan McWhirt (Kole), Ryan Rossi (Kelcee), Jake Hite, Joe Hite and Forney of Texas; his great grandchildren, Piper McWhirt and Brecklynn McWhirt; and his sisters, Peggy Clark, Jo Lewis and Barb Perry.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jack's honor to Kokomo Noon Kiwanis or Abundant Life Church.
