She was predeceased by: her parents, A. Bryant Brooks and Jewell Brooks (Wilson); and her siblings, Willard Brooks, Carolyn Keel and Norma Beachy.
She is survived by: her pet Emily; her children, Donna Shippee and Dana; her grandchildren, Jennifer Boland (Joseph) and Kyle Shippee (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Conner Shippee, Audrey Shippee, Justin Boland and Natalie Shippee; and her sister Deborah Williams (James). She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Grace Fellowship (1912 S Elizabeth St, Kokomo, IN 46901). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Grace Fellowship (2700 S Park Rd, Kokomo, IN 46902).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Kokomo Humane Society, St. Jude Children's Hospital, or the Wounded Warrior Project.
