He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Woodward and Bessie Woodward (Morgan); his wife Elaine Eaton; and his son Mike. He is survived by: his daughter Julie Vice (Everett); his daughter-in-law Donna Woodward; his grandchildren, Keith Allen Vice, Sara Spaw (Jordan) and Jill Woodward; his great grandchildren, Kali and Khloe Spaw; and his close friend Mary Rowland (Nuss).
