He is survived by: his wife Georgia DeShon (Day); his sister Edie Jones of Texas; his children, Russell DeShon (Carla) of Colorado and Kimberly DeShon of Indiana; his stepchildren, Angela Alexander (Brad) of Indiana, Lisa Martin (Dale) of Indiana and Dwayne E. Day, Sr. of Indiana; his grandchildren, Justina Tucker (Chris), Jordana DeShon, Taylor DeShon of Colorado, Lindsey Hatfield and K. Jedidiah Hatfield of Indiana; his stepgrandchildren, Allie Waters of Indiana, McKenzie Waters of Indiana, McCaela Bourff of Indiana, Elijah Bourff of Indiana, Jordan Bourff of Indiana, Gabrielle Medina of Indiana and Eric Day of Indiana; his niece Mendy Clevenger of Texas; and his nephews, Scott Clevenger and Brian Clevenger of Texas. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and friends.
