He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Kelley and Ethel F. Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kelley; his sons, Bret Kelley (Mary Anne) and Gary Kelley (Ronette); his sister Shirley Martin; his grandchildren, Kayla Floyd (Jarred), Kourtney Simms (Jacob), E'lisa Kelley, David Shanklin (Lindsay) and Patrick Holden; and his close friends, James and Lila Jones. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
