He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell R. Fouch and Reah L Fouch (Kendall); his parents-in-law, William and Mildred Shannon; his siblings, Betty Kay, Joann, Marilyn, Jean, Jane, Virginia, Dorthy, Rusell, Bob and Ernie; and his brother-in-law Walter Shannon.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Shannon; his children, Adam J. Fouch (Brandy), Jessica Bales (Daniel) and Kristi Baker; his grandchildren, Cameron Fouch (Chloe), Gracie Fouch, Malorie Fouch, Addison Fouch, Destiny Bales, Chase Bales, Robert Holt, Elizabeth Goss and Emily Holt; his child Alexis; his siblings, Herb Fouch (Mittie), Dale Fouch (Trudy), Sharron Cloum and Rosie Marcum (Dennis); and also Riley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
