She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edward "Ed" and Mary Miller (Clark); her husband William O'Banion; her children, Bonnie Newton, Theresa Barkowski and David O'Banion; her grandsons, Patrick Worthman and Josh O'Banion; and her siblings, Bob Miller and Vera Conwell.
She is survived by: her son Terry Hamilton (Penny); her grandchildren, Kacey Hamilton, Christina Worthman, Brian Worthman, Sarah Scott (John), Hannah O'Banion, Luke O'Banion (Shelly), Amy Wilson, Jennifer Barkowski and Nicole Barkowski; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Hamilton, Andrew Boles (Kilee), Evan Wilson, Christopher Wilson, Flynn Scott, Brogan Scott, Grier Scott, Clary Scott, Saoirse O'Banion, Delaney O'Banion, Lochlan O'Banion, Cagney Anderson (Parker) and Levi Ivester. She is also survived by several great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
