He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Holder and Bessie Holder (Walker); and his daughter Cheryl Cain. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Rae Holder (Avery); his son David Holder (Gloria); his grandchildren, Brian Cain, Bret Cain, Brittany Cain, Amber Myers (Chad) and Michael Holder; and his great grandchildren, Courtney Cain, Hayden Myers and Jacob Myers.
