She is survived by: her parents, Scott Horton and Monica Rayl (Brown); her husband Nik; her daughters, Nevaeh Fouce and Shelby Gaddis; her siblings, Destanie Zell, Nick Horton, Kyle Horton and Michael Zell; her sisters-in-law, Brandi Ohrt and Kayla Jones; and her nieces and nephews, Livi, Elijah and RaeLeigh.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Shirley & Stout Funeral Home-Jefferson Street Chapel (414 W Jefferson St, Kokomo, IN 46901). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Shirley & Stout Funeral Home, Jefferson Street Chapel (414 W Jefferson St, Kokomo, IN 46901).
