He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert William Moran and Edith Kann (Radcliff); his wife Barbara Moran (Wright); and his siblings, Elmer Kann and Melissa Miller.
He is survived by: his close friend Jerri Black; his children, Lora Moran and John Moran (Janet); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Felker, Isaac Felker, Henry Moran and Dorothy Moran Whitman Moran; and his siblings, Shirley Miller, Barbara Rowe, Kimberly Thompson, Tom Moran and Jan McFadden. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
