He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Earl and Lillie Brantley (Williamson); his wife Susan Brantley; his son Jeff Osborne; and his siblings, Velda Turner, Ada Brantley and Harold Brantley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Irene Robertson, Faye Shouse, Reba Huddleston, Billy Brantley, Ivan Brantley and Ruby Barrett; his grandchildren, Aaron Osborne (Bryanna), Nicholas Osborne (Alyse), Joseph Osborne (Katelynn), Haley Garrison and Addy Hancock; his son Steven Osborne; his daughters-in-law, Deanna Hurd and Yvette Forrest; and his niece Marcia Henderson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
