With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris E. Chapman of Kokomo, Indiana, born in Keithsburg, Illinois, who passed away on December 17, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank C. Waters and Elzene Waters (Peterson); her spouse Selmar E. Chapman; her sons, Brian Chapman (Kim) of Carmel, IN and Ben Chapman (LaCinda) of Kokomo, IN; and her grandchildren, Erin Maher (Evan) of Carmel, IN, Lauren Knapp (Andrew) of Westfield, IN, Sabra Wilson of Albuquerque, NM, Christie Garber of Kokomo, IN, Courtnie Steele (Alex) of Kokomo, IN, Dustin Chapman of Delphi, IN and Chuck Harmon (Wendy) of Kokomo, IN. She was also cherished by 12 great grandchildren; and a great great grandson.
