He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary J. Duncan (Brough) and Edward D. Duncan; and his siblings, Sondra Carter (Charles) and Robert Joseph Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Marcie Duncan of Kokomo; his children, Zak Duncan (Heather) of Kokomo, Sam Duncan (Brittani) of Swayzee, Alex Duncan (Jess) of Swayzee, Stephanie Lowdermilk of Kokomo, Tony Obermeyer, Jason Datzman and Richard Kaplan; and his grandchildren, Alysia Duncan of Clarksville, TN, Taylor Duncan of Kokomo and Ryker Duncan of Swayzee. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Thrailkill Cemetery (800 West 50 North, Swayzee, IN 46986).
