She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray E. Akers and Maxine Akers (Rude); her stepfather Leslie Myers; her sister Jane E. Scott; and her grandson Joshua A. Ebenhart.

She is survived by: her children, Gary D. Cunningham Jr. (late Ana), Michael C. Cunningham (Ella) and Deborah L. Ebenhart (Mark); her grandchildren, Alexis R. Boller, Briana L. Ebenhart, Michael C. Cunningham II and Mark A. Cunningham; and her great grandchildren, Abigail G. Ebenhart, Otto J. Chelednik, Jett J. Broens, Maverick W. Broens, Bailey and Preston Ebenhart.
