She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald L. Moore and Anita J. (Snyder) of Maine. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Moore of Kokomo and Tristan Moore (Olivia Smith) of Kokomo; her grandchildren, Hayden Moore and Isabella Moore; and her siblings, Donald F. Moore (Matthew Moore) of Kokomo and Pamela Lamb (Kim) of Amboy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Dawn's memory to Shirley & Stout Funeral Home to assist with expenses.
