He was predeceased by: his parents, David Kenneth and Deloris Joan Stewart (Tyler); his sons, David Stewart and Jeremy Parker; and his grandsons, Cody and David Renner.

He is survived by: his wife Debra Stewart (Entzminger) of Kokomo, IN; his daughter Courtney McDowell (Brian) of LaCrosse, IN; his mother-in-law Connie Entzminger; and his grandsons, James, Ayden McDowell of LaCrosse, IN and Jaytin Stewart of Ohio. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
