He was predeceased by: his grandson Reese Michael Hendershot; his parents, Elmer Grabbe and Freda Grabbe (Elwood); his wife Carolyn S. Young (Young); his son Mark Alan Grabbe; his grandson Jeremy David Grabbe; his sister Marcia; his brother-in-law Harlan Bowers; and his great grandchild Aaron Joseph Crenshaw.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Wayne Grabbe (Bridgette), John David Grabbe, Susan Elaine Hendershot (Greg), Philip Eugene Grabbe (April) and Jared Lee Grabbe (Becky); his grandchildren, Drew Grabbe, Britta Grabbe, Garrett Austin Grabbe (Noralee), Nathan Grabbe, Hunter Grabbe (Lexi), Cody Grabbe, Sierra Grabbe, Breanna Strom (Caleb), Jacey Cottle (Chase), Isaac Grabbe (Indi) and Grace Grabbe; his sisters, Joyce Gunderson (Ed) and Phyllis Babb (Ron); and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Zell (Dale), Dan Young (Connie) and Ron Young (Cheri). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
