He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Kelly and Helen Kelly (Taylor). He is survived by: his sons, Brad Kelly (Colleen) and Kyle Kelly (Missy); his grandchildren, Meredith, Declan, Fintan and Kailen; his siblings, Marjie Sullivan (Larry), Joe Kelly (Vickie) and Marlita Kelly; and the mother of his children Michele Kelly.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Howard County 4-H in Dave's memory.
