He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lewis, Shirley Saddler, Genard and Geneva Bishop; his great-grandparents, Herman and Annie Elizabeth Hyde; his uncle Clarence E. Bishop; his aunt Gail A. Bishop; and his cousin Kevin D. Bishop.
He is survived by: his parents, Michael "Joe" Bishop and Debbie Bishop (Cox); his children, Makayla Leslie Bishop, Katelynn Nichole Ann Bishop and Shawn Michael Bishop; his sister Krystal R. Bishop (Donnie); his nieces, Serenity Ann Ramirez and Hazel Rae Ramirez; his aunts and uncles, Paul D. Bishop, Douglas E. Bishop, Debbie Lynn Paul (Hubert), Thelma Margurite Bishop, Robert Cox (Tammy), Kathy Bradley and Ann Vaillancourt; and his pet Scooby Doo.
