He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Smith and Delpha Berdine Smith (Wines); and his siblings, Teresa Smith, Bob Smith and Eddie Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Modesta Smith and Justin Smith (Donna). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
