It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cynthia Lynn DeVaney of Kokomo, Indiana, who passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" DeVaney and Vivian DeVaney (McQueen); and her children, Bruce Germany and Mischel Germany. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Madden; her grandchildren, Bradley Madden and Brittany Madden (Tyler Marsh); her great grandchildren, J. B. Madden, Haven Madden and Addie Marsh; and her siblings, Martina Scapin and Jerry DeVaney (Mindy). She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Shirley & Stout Funeral Home-Jefferson Street Chapel (414 W Jefferson St, Kokomo, IN 46901).
