He was predeceased by: his father Charles McDougle; his brother Craig McDougle; his grandfathers, Leon McDougle (Viola) and Clifford Benjamin (Eva); and his aunt Monica Harbuck.
He is survived by: his mother Carol McDougle (Benjamin); his wife Tina McDougle (Pierce); his daughter Cayla Walker-Lange (Brady); his stepson Kalub Ostrander; his grandchildren, Jamisen Yard and Lylah Lange; his aunt Sharon Proctor; his uncle Ronnie McDougle (Sandy); and his cousins, Todd McDougle, Scott Proctor and Vicki McCarthy.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
