He is survived by: his mother Janet Carmichael of Kokomo; his brothers, John Christopher Carmichael (Meghan) and Kyle Bryan Carmichael (Brittany Ford); and his nephew William Davis Carmichael. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
