She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Holland and Mary Frances Holland (White); her husband Ronald "Ronnie" Fowler; her grandson Kaleb; her brother Robert Holland Jr.; and her nephew Michael L. Reese II.

She is survived by: her children, Brian Fowler (Julie), Ashleigh Fowler, Christopher Fowler and Meredith Fowler; her siblings, Angela Holland Reese, Karla Holland and Brent Holland; and her aunt Patricia Andrade of Chester, Virginia. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
