Charles Howard Harlan Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Howard Harlan of Kokomo, Indiana, born in Wabash, Indiana, who passed away on November 15, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harlan and Nina A. Harlan (Bussard); and his son Thomas Harlan. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Higgins; his children, Carol Harlan, Dave Harlan and Joe Harlan; his grandchildren, Andrew Harlan, Jordan Harlan (Chantel), Rachel Mummert (Ryan) and Jessica Harlan; his great grandchildren, Logan Harlan, Ethan Harlan, Emily Harlan, Bella Banks, Iris Harlan, Ivy Harlan and Landon Rink; and his siblings, Dean Harlan (Susan) and Ann Miles McCammon. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
