He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Clark and Jane Clark (Cox); his wife Nancy Clark; and his siblings, Betty Thompson, Jane Ann Bitner, Hannah Childs, Mary Clark and Sonny Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck Clark, Shelly Coram, Regina Bousum and Jason Clark (Shannon); his grandchildren, Diana Davis, Dezra Bennett, Shyla Hensley (Corey), Haley Corn (Bryce), Hunter Clark (Chelsi), Taylor Coram (Jordan Fivecoate), Drew Coram and Harrison Clark; his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Sophie, Bryson, Naylee, Gunner, Emmit of Colt, JC, Jemma, Truett and Xavier; his brother Robert Clark (Pat); and his siblings-in-law, William "Billy" Childs and Shirley Clark.
