He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Martin DeCleene, Jr. and Dolores DeCleene (Meuleman); and his brother Jim DeCleene. He is survived by: his siblings, Scott DeCleene (Michele), Sherry DeCleene, Tom DeCleene (Kris), Doug DeCleene (Connie), Sarah DeCleene, Bud DeCleene (Kate) and Rob DeCleene; and his pets, Ozzy and Harriett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
