He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil W. Coffey and Belva A. Coffey; his wife Judith Kay Coffey (Chambers); his in-laws, Don and Margaret Chambers; and his sisters, Dr. Jeanne Southworth of Pittsburg and Marajean A. Morris of Carolina Beach.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janet K. Coffey (Carolyn Haynes), Joan Shrock (Ryan) and Julie Stephens (Joe); his grandchildren, Cheyanne Shrock, Madison Dalton and Ainsley Dalton; and his brother Captain James G. McIntyre of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the Kidney Foundation in memory of Cecil.
