In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Carol had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Carol may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Clarissa (Burris); and her husband James C. Updegraff. She is survived by: her children, David Updegraff and Jane Foesch (Mark); her granddaughters, Elizabeth Thompson (Andrew) and Rebecca Foesch; and her sisters, Harriet Anderson and Joanne Liimakka.
