She was predeceased by: her former husband Terry Ketchem. She is survived by: her fiancé Jim Smith of Kokomo, IN.; her children, Amanda Lohr, Mindie Dixon and Charitie Till; her grandchildren, Melissa Yocum, Bryanna Curley-Schaffer, Alexis Dixon, Andrew Dixon and Hailey Lohr; and her loyal dachshund Prince Machiavelli.
The family asks for donations to be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in lieu of flowers.
