He is survived by: his father Ronald Leon Smith; his wife Melanie Smith; his children, Ronan Smith, Aiden Smith, Jaylyn Akin (Dan) and Jasmine Hizer; the mother of his children Stephanie Clark (Sterling); his granddaughter Nelia Akin; his sisters, Stacie Smith (Matthew) and Melinda Jarvis (Ryan); and his nieces and nephews, Camden Smith (Ashley), Chelsey Smith, Daysi Hopkins (Jake), Vanessa Clark (Chardonnay Clark) and Sheldon Clark.
