It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie J Ray of Kokomo, Indiana, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on June 22, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Dutch" Ingram and Pearl J. Brindle; her children, Johnny Ray and Michelle Ray; and her brother Harold Saunders.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Collins (Ron), Tracy Hedrick (Gregory), Terri Ballengee, Tonya Gregory (Richard Scott), Tommy Ray (Amanda), Gene Ray, Katherine Sellers, Marianne Ray Wheatley and Norman Ray; and her cousin Diane Mara. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made through the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home to New Hope Pet Rescue in Syracuse, IN.
