She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett McGowan and Elizabeth McGowan (Kinnett); her husband Russell Landis; her son Sean Lapinski; and her siblings, Orvel McGowan of Arlus McGowan, J. C, Gracie Brummett, Pauline McGowan, Moore McGowan and Genevieve Bell.
She is survived by: her children, William Cone (Susan), Carey Gaskin (Keith), Chris Landis (Jen) and Josh White (Sarah); her grandchildren, Ashley Cone (Kaleb Roberson), Amy Cone, Kaitlyn Landis Beier (Sam), Tyler Landis, Emily White, Katelyn White, Peyton Kirby, Matthew Atherton, Thomas Lapinski, Shannon Clouse (Joe) and Krysten Lapinski; her great grandchildren, Mason Clouse and Noah Clouse; and her sisters, Ann Russell (Gene), Emily Dice (Ed), Joyce Zimmerman (Don), Wilma Maple (Max) and Carolyn Culvin (Richard). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
