Benjamin Ross Hippensteel Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Benjamin Ross Hippensteel (Kokomo, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 13, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Wiley and Geneva "Jean" Hippensteel (Rankin); his brothers, David Hippensteel and Paul; his sister-in-law Bobbie Howard; his friends, Jerry Land Sr. and Ken Carter; his pets, Poochie and Ginger; and also Ken.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Jean Howard; his nieces and nephews, Paul Robin Howard (Karen), Kathleen Howard, Gary Hippensteel and Beth Hippensteel; his sister-in-law Martha Hippensteel; and also, Lona Carter, Cynthia Carter, Michael Carter and Brian Carter.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Congregational Church (505 W Mulberry St, Kokomo, IN 46901). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Ben's memory to Kokomo Rescue Mission and First Congregational Church for the Capital Funds Drive.
