With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Joseph Sonnemaker (Knox, Indiana), who passed away on December 28, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint William leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry H. Sonnemaker Sr. and Grace Sonnemaker (Reiferschied); and his brother Harry H. Sonnemaker, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, James M. (Melissa) of Aurora, Kenneth R. (Tawnya) of Indianapolis and Julie L. Sonnemaker Ritzler (Rik) of Bass Lake; his daughter-in-law Susan of Aurora, Colorado.; and his son William A. of Aurora. He is also survived by grandchildren and sixteen (16) great grandchildren.
