He was predeceased by: his parents, Doke Griffith and Stella Hale Griffith; and his sister Josephine Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Eskridge; his children, David Griffith of Knox, Timothy Eskridge of Knox, Jason Sims of Knox and Casey Griffith Bailey of Knox; his sisters, Irene Burdine (Carl) of LaPorte, Nadine Paegel (Walt) of Kansas and Brenda Clabaugh (Tom) of Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Joshua Griffith, Dakota Griffith, Chrisitian Clemons, Caitlin Clemons and Colton Clemons.
