He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Beecher Mullins and Audrey Mullins (Minix); his spouse Deloras Joy Tuzzolino; and his children, Veronica Nudd (Barry) of Shreve, Joseph Mullins of Knox, Ann Howard (Richard) of Plymouth and Timothy Mullins of Knox. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
