He was predeceased by: his parents, Abel Thompson and Rosemary Thompson Johnson; and his brother Todd Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Thompson; his children, Joshua Thompson (Rynn) of South Bend and Elizabeth Thompson-Beauchamp (Shawn Yount) of Knox; his brothers, David Thompson of Knox, Terry Thompson of Plymouth and Douglas Thompson of Plymouth; and his grandchildren, Victor Beauchamp, Vivian Beauchamp, Brian Thompson, Tristan Yount, Landan Yount and Bailee Yount.
