He is survived by: his children, DeWayne (Jackie Bradley), Ann Bradley Knox and Matthew Bradley Sr. (Hayley); his caregiver Octavia Reed; his grandchildren, Skyra Edmonds (Zac), Shayna Dienema (Clark), Kaitlyn Yeck (Elisha), Nathanial Mathes (Cheyannae), Alexia Bradley, Isabel Bradley, Blake Bradley and Matthew Bradley Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Kaia Fry, Naia Burns, Abigail Clark, Gracie Edmonds, Elijah Bradley, Ezio Mathes and Serenity Mathes.
