He is survived by: his wife Theresa Kasten; his childreds, Velvet Osborne (David) of Murfreesboro, TN, Rodney Cox, Jr. (Mandi) of Lacrosse, Timothy Meister (Mert) of Knox, Timothy Cox (Autumn Conwell) and Lorie Simons (Michael, Jr) of North Judson; his grandchildren, Jonathon Osborne, Kaitlin Osborne, Lillie Cox, Kennedy Cox, Coren Balsley, Angelle Meister, Reymi King, Matt King, Serynitee King, Emmitt King, Michael Simons, III, Makayla Simons and Kendra Simons; his great grandchildren, J. J. Osborne, Hadley Osborne and Eli Balsley; and his siblings, Richard Cox (Arvilla Pier) of Atlanta, Linda Lawson (Steve) of Knox and Loretta Poston of LaPorte.
