He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Tippy and Hilda Fuhlberg Tippy; his brother Melvin Tippy; and his grandson Jeffrey Tippy (Jessica). He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Teibel; his children, Paulette Gibbs (Gordon Quisenberry) of Greencastle, IN and Thomas J. Tippy (Cynthia) of Plymouth, IN; and his grandsons, Daniel Baidinger (Julie), Patrick Baidinger (Courtney), Mitchell Baidinger (Margot) and Thomas Tippy (Stephanie). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
