He was predeceased by: his parents, Merl Obert and Edith Hilligoss Cleveland; his stepfather Melborne Cleveland; his son Rodney Cleveland (Kathy); and his siblings, Larry Cleveland (Alice) and Sharon Dymond.
He is survived by: his wife Eunice Skiff; his children, Ken Cleveland (Pat) of Itasca, IL, Tammy VanVolkenburg (David) of Knox and Penny Kissinger (Randy) of Middleville, MI; and his sister Linda Dilts (James) of Knox. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
