She is survived by: her children, Wanda Suryk (Ron) of Bourbonnais, IL, Eddie Smith (Janet) of North Judson, Brenda Wiley (Jay) of Indianapolis and Rickie Smith (Sherry) of Knox; and her brother Jim Patrick of Plymouth. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren.
