We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Phillip G. DePoy of Knox, Indiana, born in Winamac, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. DePoy and Ruth DePoy (Hood); and his siblings, John, Mike and Christine DePoy.

He is survived by: his wife Evelyn DePoy (Wilson) of Knox; his children, Traci Gregorski (Tim) of Austin, Terry DePoy (Jennifer) of Knox and Timothy DePoy of Knox; his sister Claudia Biggins (Tom) of Plymouth; and his sister-in-law Pam DePoy of Knox. He is also survived by four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Knox Community Center (55 E Lake St, Knox, IN 46534). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers memorials to the Bible Baptist Church would be appreciated.

“We lost a longtime friend with Phil’s passing. I grew up with Phil and Carl worked with him at the telephone company. You never met a greater friend than Phil. Rest in peace and we hope you’re up there fishing and hunting to your heart’s content”
