He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Haskins and Barbara Haskins (Wampler); and his brothers, Mark and Wilbur Haskins. He is survived by: his wife Diana Fields Haskins; his children, Shay Haskins of Knox and Kasi Decker (Steve) of Winamac; and his sisters, Janice Waymire (Jarrel) of Elwood, Deanna Chinn (Jim) of Anderson and Bobbie Sue Evans (Larry) of Tallahassee. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
